Quick Intro
This semester for P.E, we swam. We were separated into three groups. They're called levels, and there were three of them. Each group learned something different. Level one learned how to breathe and how to swim. Level two learned how to properly breathe and swim. Level three were taught how to do different strokes.

Swimming is a good exercise for your body. It helps you build up endurance and muscles. Strokes also help you with that. Strokes are just basically different ways how to swim. There are four main types of strokes. The freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and the butterfly. The freestyle is just basic swimming. The breaststroke is when you're on your chest. The backstroke is when you're on your back. The butterfly is when you move your arms in a way that resembles a butterfly. Even though it sounds complicated, swimming is pretty fun!
My ViewI've always thought swimming was cool. When I was younger, I wanted to learn how to swim. My cousin taught me a bit, but then I got really scared. When I was 12, I took swimming classes, but I was always in level one. Anyways, I felt like I improved a bit during this semester's swimming lessons. Which is a good thing!

I honestly thought this was really fun. At first I did know how to swim a bit. Even though it took time, but eventually i got a bit better. I learned how to properly hold my breath(?) underwater. I also learned more about freestyle. Unfortunately, I didn't learn how to do the other strokes, but it was fine. There were times that I didn't want to swim, but I had to. Overall, I had a great time!
ConclusionWell, I really like swimming. I don't really know what I want to learn next. Probably how to swim faster and how to swim underwater. I also want try jumping off the diving board even though I'm too much of a scaredy-cat. I'm thinking about joining the swimming team. Probably next year.
